At Rock River Valley Blood Center, we are committed to doing everything we can to empower you to make a difference in the lives of others by giving blood quickly, easily and painlessly. Now we’re making it even easier to do your pre-donation health screening by starting the process online.

When you complete the Online Donor Health Screening, our system will allow you to print an anonymous electronic “Boarding Pass” with bar codes. Just bring the Boarding Pass with you to the the blood collection site and complete the process there, and you’ll be well on your way to being a life-saving blood donor.

Here are a few simple guidelines for the easy online process…

• It’s Quick! Just 10 – 15 minutes is all it takes to complete, but please don’t start and stop the process. Don’t start until you know you won’t be interrupted.
• It’s 100% Private! Please complete this process in a private place, such as your home. If you desire absolute privacy, you may want to turn down your computer’s speakers or use earphones.
• Same Day Process! Please complete the Online Donor Health Screening on the same day as your visit to the blood collection site. The earliest time an Online Boarding Pass can be completed and issued on any calendar day is 12:01AM of the same day you plan to donate. Boarding Passes generated before 12:01AM on the day of your visit will not be considered valid and will require you to re-start the process.
